While dentistry is a significant part of my life, it doesn’t define me entirely. Outside the office, I try to live a well-rounded life filled with the people (and pets) I love and the things that recharge me.

My wife is my biggest supporter and best friend. We share a love for adventure, whether it’s traveling to new places, trying out hidden local food spots, or just spending a quiet evening at home. She keeps me grounded and constantly inspired to be better in everything I do.

We also have a dog who’s basically our furry child. Whether we’re going for long walks, hiking a nearby trail, or just playing fetch in the park, she’s always down for a good time—and she definitely keeps us active!

In my downtime, I’m into a few different hobbies. I enjoy staying active, whether that means working out, running, or just being outdoors. I also love learning new things—books, podcasts, or even a good documentary can easily pull me in. And when I really want to unwind, you’ll probably find me grilling something out back or catching a game with friends.

Having a balanced life outside of work helps me bring the best version of myself into the dental chair every day.
